Kumar Ranjan is a Consultant for Data and Analytics<\/a> with expertise in reporting and data visualization in SSAS, Power BI<\/a> and Tableau. He has worked for Centric India<\/a> for about two years with seven years of overall experience. In his free time, Kumar loves watching and reading cartoons, animation and anime. His favorite characters are \u201cGoku\u201d from DBZ anime and \u201cL\u201d from the Death Note anime.<\/p>\n I am an optimist who believes no mountain is too high to climb and every obstacle has a solution. I believe my fears and failures are my biggest lessons to learn and opportunities to grow \u2013 which I\u2019ve focused on for years.<\/strong><\/p>\n Someone told me I am a good human being who loves to help.<\/p>\n It started with survival \u2013 I needed a job. It, later on, became a part of life and then a passion for learning, implementing and solving problems for complex business needs and scenarios. And then to share my learnings with others in a way to grow.<\/p>\n By implementing their business stories in the form of data and visualizations, that would allow them to make better decisions along with a deeper and closer look at their business data, explaining the \u201cHow and Why.\u201d<\/p>\n Two things:<\/strong><\/p>\n Adjust, adapt and accommodate to the new normal.<\/strong> Looking forward, plan for changes to the standard operating processes with the new model of working from homes, virtual meetings, video talks without impacting delivering unmatched experiences for clients and users.<\/p>\n I believe as the pandemic ends, businesses will have more need of digitalization, automation, software engineering and so on. The industry will have a rapid growth spurt in the coming months.
