I never dreamt of becoming a software engineer. After high school, I didn\u2019t want to pursue a career in family life (Government Officers, Lawyers, Cops), so instead, I got myself into a bachelor\u2019s program for computer engineering. Fourteen to 15 years down the line, I can easily say I made the best decision for myself.<\/p>\n By understanding their needs and try to consult them with the best solution for them. I make sure I am not overselling or underselling them a solution. Many times, I have seen clients that are not sure of their requirements, and if they have those ready, they do not have a plan to execute.<\/strong> I try to help them out with both.<\/p>\n They need to adapt themselves to ongoing changes in the market, especially in managing their employees. Great companies are made by the employees, not the products or services they offer.<\/p>\n In this era of ever-changing technologies, companies should never stop thinking about investing in their people.<\/strong> Each day, there is innovation happening in the world, and it will continue to do so. If companies can take good care of their employees, they will never have to think about \u201cwhat\u2019s next,\u201d their people will do it themselves.<\/p>\n The adaption of more data-centric approaches and leveraging the value of data which, most of the time, is untouched.<\/p>\n Where would you be:<\/strong> \u201cGulaba,\u201d a small village in the northern Himalayan range of India.<\/p>\n Why:<\/strong> Out of all the scenic mountains I have visited, this place stands out from the rest.
