More than a dozen attended the event.<\/p>\n<p>Based on their experience hosting three hackathons for Centric technologists, the group explained:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What a hackathon is<\/li>\n<li>Why technologists love it<\/li>\n<li>How it benefits companies<\/li>\n<li>How to\u00a0start one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The discussion also covered\u00a0how to execute the event on the \u201cday of\u201d \u2013 and what to do to keep the momentum going after the hackathon.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong> If you missed the event, but are interested in viewing the slide presentation, enter your information below and click submit.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Everyone seemed to\u00a0enjoy the discussion and asked a lot of great questions.
