We recently announced an internal initiative<\/a> to help our employees make a difference in their community by using digital payment technologies.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a lot of hard work from our Shared Services, Marketing and Digital Technology teams in Cincinnati<\/a>, Columbus<\/a>, Miami<\/a> and Tampa, we have launched the Centric Connect Charitable Giving Platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, our employees with an Apple Pay<\/a> or Android Pay<\/a> compatible smartphone can make a charitable donation to nonprofit organizations that, like Centric, are committed to making a difference in people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n

This is a first for Centric, the management consulting industry and the communities in which we live.<\/p>\n

Centric Connect Platform<\/h2>\n

As the concept of \u201cgoing to work\u201d has moved from a physical office location to an increasingly virtual and digital workforce, we needed a better way to engage with our employees in a way that was flexible and transparent without clogging their email. A higher number of our younger employees, as well as the proliferation of bring-your-own-technology, also implied a more flexible, iterative approach was needed. This was bigger than building an app.<\/p>\n

Centric employees have been using the Connect mobile app to access three things:<\/p>\n
