Watch our on-demand webinar where we discuss how to use Microsoft Teams for project management.
Project management tools can be great for handling tasks, but what about collaboration on all aspects of a plan? Microsoft Teams has a solution for all of your project management needs.
Join Centric Consulting and South Florida PMI for an Evening with Microsoft featuring Centric Consulting’s Solutions Architect, Roger Dominguez and Senior Data & Analytics Consultant, Andy Hulsey.
In this webinar, Roger Dominguez will review the latest updates to project management tools within Teams such as Microsoft Planner, integration with third-party project management applications and integration with Microsoft Project. Andy Hulsey will follow with a presentation and live demo about taking your project’s data and creating dashboards within Teams.
The presentation will cover how to:
- Create and share reports.
- Leverage integrations: One note, Planner, Stream, and others.
- Consolidate meeting minutes, notes and meeting recordings to aid in onboarding new and future members to the project team.
- Use dashboards to enable seamless communication on project status and aid executive-level communication.
A panel of three project management and Microsoft experts will conclude the webinar by walking you through actual project use cases of creating data-driven dashboards in Teams. They will discuss the challenges and benefits of working projects remotely, reporting in Teams and sharing access.
