We are proud to announce that Joe Hartsel, Michael McNett and Cindy Sullivan from the Modern Workplace team achieved their Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification.
This is the first certification of this kind from Microsoft to specifically focus on the advancement of non-technical skills for professionals who are deploying cloud services from Microsoft such as Microsoft Office 365 and Teams. These new certifications continue to build upon our other Microsoft and non-Microsoft certifications found across the Modern Workplace team as well as the rest of the company.
The creation of the Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification is significant as it demonstrates Microsoft’s investment in their own adoption and change management (ACM) framework and generally the recognition that including ACM as part of modern workplace deployments will increase the chances of project success and end-user adoption, providing much more significant ROI to businesses deploying Office 365.
